SaharaSprout provides a smart agriculture platform including IoT device management, marketplace services, and AI-driven analytics. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
4. Marketplace & Transactions
SaharaSprout acts as a venue for buyers and sellers. While we strive to verify users, we are not a party to the transactions between buyers and sellers and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items advertised.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SaharaSprout, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Liberia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
