Terms of service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using the SaharaSprout platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

2. What the service is

Any SaharaSprout online service you sign in to, and the account that gives you access to it. Those services are operated separately from any hardware you may buy from us, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue any of them.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. Content you submit

You keep ownership of anything you upload. You give us the permission we need to store and display it in order to run the service for you, and nothing beyond that. You are responsible for having the right to submit it.

5. Hardware

Terms of sale, warranty and support for hardware are agreed in writing at the point of sale and are not governed by this document. We are not currently selling hardware.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SaharaSprout and its directors, employees, partners, agents and suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use or goodwill.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Liberia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
