Data Deletion Instructions

According to the Facebook Platform rules, we have to provide User Data Deletion Callback URL orData Deletion Instructions URL. If you want to delete your activities for the SaharaSprout App, you can do so by following the instructions below.

1. Deletion via Facebook Settings

  1. Go to your Facebook Account Settings & Privacy. Click Settings.
  2. Look for Apps and Websites and see all of your Apps and websites.
  3. Select SaharaSprout in the list.
  4. Click the Remove button.
  5. Congratulations, you have successfully removed your app.

2. Deletion via SaharaSprout Account

  1. Log in to your SaharaSprout Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Profile.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and click strictly on Delete Account.
  4. Confirm your choice. This will permanently remove your data from our servers.

3. Request Manual Deletion

If you are unable to access your account, you may request manual data deletion by contacting our support team:

  • Email: privacy@saharasprout.com
  • Subject: Data Deletion Request

We will process your request within 30 days and notify you upon completion.
